Lauren Demarte

Lauren Demarte has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing at GoDigital Media Group, where they lead global marketing efforts for various subsidiary companies. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Customer Experience at the same company.

Before joining GoDigital Media Group, Lauren worked at STRIVR as the Head of Customer Success and later as the Director of Customer Success. Lauren then moved on to Narvar, where they led the customer experience offering for over 600 brands across the US.

Earlier in their career, Lauren held the position of Head of Customer Success at Luma Health, where they oversaw the full customer experience cycle for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients. Lauren also worked at Yelp Reservations as the Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts, leading the onboarding and expansion efforts for elite clients.

Lauren has extensive experience in account management and advertising, as seen from their roles at Yelp and Sussan Corporation. At Yelp, they managed enterprise clients and grew the monthly revenue significantly. At Sussan Corporation, they served as the Group Digital Project Manager, delivering a brand eCommerce platform and leading the digital roadmap for three women's apparel brands.

Prior to that, Lauren worked at igloo as a Senior Producer, managing projects and account operations for national clients. And at IE Digital, they held the positions of Program Manager and Producer, where they led key national accounts and delivered projects on time and within budget.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in customer success, marketing, account management, project management, and digital strategy.

Lauren Demarte holds a Masters degree in Arts (Editing and Communications) from the University of Melbourne, which they obtained between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) in Italian Studies and Creative Writing at the University of Melbourne from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Lauren attended Genazzano from 1994 to 1999, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of certifications, they are SalesHood Expert Certified since February 2020 and has obtained the Preventing Workplace Harassment certification from Emtrain in March 2016.
