S. Varadaraj

Varadaraj S has been working with Godrej Agrovet Limited since May 1994, holding the positions of CFO and Head Legal and IT. Alongside this role, Varadaraj also serves as a Member on the National Committee on Financial Reporting at the Confederation of Indian Industry and as a Member of the Cost Accounting Standards Board at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Varadaraj holds a CA degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Masters in Financial Management in Finance from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from SES High School in Thane.
