Varsha Patankar

Varsha Patankar is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience at leading companies in the Godrej Group. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager - Rewards, PM & Shared Services at Godrej Agrovet Limited since August 2022, Varsha also held the position of Lead - Rewards, PM & Shared Services. Prior to this, Varsha spent over a decade at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where roles included COE Lead - People Processes & Employee Engagement and Assistant Manager - International HR. Varsha's career began at Godrej Household Product Ltd as a Human Resources Generalist. Varsha holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance & Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
