Yaswanth Tippireddy

Yaswanth Tippireddy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Yaswanth started their career at ITC Limited in 2014 as an Associate, where they focused on developing cost-effective solutions to improve energy efficiencies in the tobacco crop growing regions in India. Yaswanth also conducted research on contemporary curing technologies for the tobacco crop.

In 2016, Yaswanth joined the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad as a Manager in the Placement Committee. Yaswanth held this role until 2018, gaining experience in managing placement processes and activities.

From 2017 onwards, Yaswanth returned to Godrej Agrovet Limited, initially as a summer intern where they developed a business growth strategy for the Aquafeeds division. Yaswanth received a Pre-Placement offer from the company based on their performance during the internship.

After completing their studies, Yaswanth rejoined Godrej Agrovet Limited in 2018 as a Manager of Operations. Yaswanth then progressed to become the Manager of Digital Transformation and Strategy, and subsequently the Deputy General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Lead for Supply Chain Excellence and Special Projects - OPP at Godrej Agrovet Limited.

Yaswanth Tippireddy completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Food and Agri Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the College of Agricultural Engineering, Bapatla, from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they completed their high school education in Science from Sri Sai Junior College, Bapatla, from 2008 to 2010. Yaswanth also holds certifications in Product Management, Bracketology Club Data Science, and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
