Navroze is the Non-Executive Director at Godrej & Boyce, India.A designer by profession, Navroze Godrej firmly believes that strategic design should pervade every aspect of a business, if it is to deliver products and services of the greatest value to the community. This is his vision for Godrej & Boyce.A die-hard champion of innovation across G&B driven by a belief that the innovation process can be used for identifying hidden and leveraging opportunities which can lead to solutions that ameliorate the lives of people in unforeseeable ways. This led to the initiative to set up the Innovation Centre at Godrej & Boyce. The centre implements Disruptive Innovation and Human-Centred Design and works with a diverse set of employees from various Godrej & Boyce businesses to imbibe a culture of innovation at a grassroots level.He holds a Master of Design degree from the IIT Institute of Design, Chicago.
