Manish Shah is an accomplished leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as the MD & CEO of Godrej Capital since June 2019, focusing on building a premier financial services business within a prestigious Indian conglomerate. Previously, Manish held the position of MD & CEO at BOB Financial Solutions Limited, significantly scaling the customer base and financial metrics in a competitive card business environment. As Head of Digital Bank at Nainital Bank, Manish was instrumental in launching a homegrown digital banking initiative. Manish co-founded and served as CEO of Bigdecisions.com, which became an early success in the Indian fintech space following its acquisition by News Corp. Leadership roles at AEGON Religare Life Insurance included directing new ventures and agency distribution, while an extensive tenure at Citi encompassed various management positions focused on customer acquisition and mortgage services.
