Pradeep Kumar M has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Business Head and CEO of Raymond Consumer Care and overseeing GCPL International at Godrej Consumer Products Limited since May 2001, Pradeep has a proven track record in achieving top-line targets, managing costs, and leading high-performance teams. Prior to this, roles included Head of Sales for India and various leadership positions within sales and operations. Pradeep's career began at Dabur India Ltd and Cargill Foods. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, a PGD from St. Xavier's College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication from Loyola College.
