Pratik Dantara

Pratik Dantara is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of global experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations, Strategy & M&A at Nexus Malls since January 2023. Prior to this role, Pratik held various leadership positions at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, including Associate Vice President for M&A and General Manager, where instrumental contributions were made to deals valued at $1 billion, focusing on the FMCG and Retail sectors across Emerging Markets. Pratik's earlier experience includes significant roles at Godrej Industries Limited and Ernst & Young, specializing in M&A functions and transaction tax, respectively. Pratik's educational background includes a Master’s Development Program in Mergers, Acquisitions & Restructuring from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Company Secretary qualification, and a Chartered Accountant degree, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce.
