Rakesh Sharma

Rakesh Sharma has extensive experience in financial management and control, currently serving as the Head of Financial Control at Godrej Consumer Products Limited since June 2019. Previously, Rakesh worked as a Finance Controller at GBfoods from April 2017 to June 2019, overseeing accounts and finance functions for a milk plant, focusing on profitability and compliance. Prior positions include Financial Controller for the North East cluster at Godrej Consumer Products Limited and Accounts Head for Jindal Stainless' CR division. Rakesh began the career as a Business Analyst at Ajay Polymers and provided tax advisory and audit services at J P Tulsian & Co. Rakesh holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
