Riya Gupta

Riya Gupta is a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, with experience in soap production and Continuous Saponification Plant (CSP) operations. At Godrej GCPL Malanpur, Riya has demonstrated effective productivity management, quality assurance, and efficient manpower deployment as a Shift Officer. Previous experience includes a Chemical Engineering Internship at DCM Shriram Rayons, gaining hands-on knowledge in spinning, spin bath, and viscose production, while also developing valuable soft skills. Additionally, Riya contributed to fundraising initiatives as a Marketing Intern at Muskurahat Foundation, authored content as a Content Writer for Youth Prism, and optimized production processes during an internship at J B Mangharam Foods Private Limited. Riya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior.
