Sarish Joshi

Sarish Joshi, PhD, currently serves as General Manager and R&D Lead for Hair Reshaping & Care at Godrej Consumer Products Limited since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sarish held the position of Team Lead for Hair Cleansing at Marico Limited from February 2022 to September 2024, overseeing strategy, innovation, and end-to-end product development for the hair care category. Sarish's extensive experience at L'Oréal, which spanned from June 2013 to January 2022, included various leadership roles, such as Manager for Hair Repair DA, where responsibilities encompassed project leadership and technical management for new product development. Sarish also held positions as Assistant Manager and Senior Executive in Hair Métier, focusing on innovative product design and formulation for global markets. Sarish holds a PhD in Colloidal - Surfactant Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology and has advanced degrees in Chemistry from Ramnarayan Ruia College.
