Jyotirmay Raghuwanshi

Jyotirmay Raghuwanshi is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate General Manager & Head of Digital CX at Godrej Enterprises Group since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jyotirmay held positions at Axis Bank, including Vice President of CX & Transformation (Sparsh) and Deputy Vice President of CX & Transformation (Sparsh) from July 2022 to July 2025. Jyotirmay's earlier experience at Mahindra Group involved leading projects and customer experience for the automotive division, along with previous roles in sales strategy and planning. A brief tenure as Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister of Punjab included setting up a voter data call center. Jyotirmay also contributed to Valvoline Cummins Pvt Ltd as a Segment Manager and Deputy RSM, focusing on brand strategy and sales. Jyotirmay holds dual MBA degrees in Strategy and Marketing from Aston Business School and XLRI Jamshedpur.
