Mandeep More

Mandeep More currently serves as the Global Business Unit Head for Specialty Chemicals at Godrej Industries Limited since October 2025. Prior to this role, Mandeep had an extensive career at Air Liquide from November 2007 to September 2025, holding various leadership positions including Commercial Director, IM Director Sales, and Regional Business Director, with notable contributions such as launching Air Liquide's business in Maharashtra and achieving significant sales growth. Mandeep also worked as Fleet Account Manager at Shell Ltd and held sales positions at Praxair and ESAB India Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy from M.S. University of Baroda and an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis.
