Abhimanyu Sharma has a work experience starting from 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Summer Intern at CFCI. In 2009, they joined Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. as a Management Trainee, later progressing to various roles such as Assistant Manager (IR), Assistant Manager (Sales-HR), Dy. Manager (Sales HR-East), Dy. Manager (HR), Manager (HR), and Senior Manager (HR). In 2023, they joined Nature's Basket Limited as the Head of Human Resources.
Abhimanyu Sharma obtained their LL.B degree in Law from Symbiosis Law School, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2007 to 2009. In July 2017, Abhimanyu also obtained a Certificate of Competence-BEI from Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy.
