Vikas Singhal

Vikas Singhal serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Godrej Properties Limited since June 2013, playing a pivotal role in the Management Committee and overseeing project execution, management, and delivery. Prior to this, Vikas held various leadership positions at Emaar MGF, including Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed managing design and project teams, as well as heading operations in the southern region. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Larsen & Toubro Limited, where diverse industrial projects were led in a senior managerial capacity. Vikas attained a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi.
