Mrs. Anita Ramachandran is an Independent Director and joined the Board on 28th April, 2007. Mrs. Ramachandran is an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai and has won several academic honors. She was a Dorab Tata scholar for 6 years. Mrs. Ramachandran founded Cerebrus Consultants, a well-known HR consulting firm in 1995, focused on consulting in Rewards management, Organization development and Strategic HR. Mrs. Ramachandran is one of the leading Human Resources Consultants in the country and is well known for her work in Compensation and HR strategy. She earlier had a twenty-year career with A.F. Ferguson's Management Consultancy division, where she was a Director. She writes often in several business and professional magazines. She has been a champion of various women's causes.
