Navroze J. Godrej

Mr. Navroze Godrej is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Godrej joined the Board on 6th November, 2017. Earlier from May, 2010 to September, 2016, he served on the Board as an Executive Director. He holds a Master of Design degree from the IIT Institute of Design, Chicago.A designer by profession, Mr. Godrej firmly believes that strategic design should pervade every aspect of a business, if it is to deliver products and services of the greatest value to the community. This is his vision for the Company.A die-hard champion of innovation across the Company driven by a belief that the innovation process can be used for identifying hidden and leveraging opportunities which can lead to solutions that ameliorate the lives of people in unforeseeable ways. This led to the initiative to set up the Innovation Centre at the Company. The centre implements Disruptive Innovation and Human-Centred Design and works with a diverse set of employees from various businesses the Company to imbibe a culture of innovation at a grassroots level.
