Kristi Bonilla

Kristi Bonilla has extensive experience in education and counseling, currently serving as a High School Counselor at Godwin Heights Public Schools since July 2015. Additionally, Bonilla has held the position of Adjunct Instructor in Spanish at Grand Rapids Community College since August 2001. Previous roles include teaching Spanish at all levels at Grand Rapids Public Schools from August 2013 to June 2015, and working as a Senior Counselor from August 2006 to June 2013, where responsibilities included career, academic, and personal/social guidance. Bonilla's career began at Grand Rapids Public Schools as a Maestra de Espanol from August 1996 to June 2006, focusing on the design and implementation of Spanish curriculum for diverse learners. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from Grand Valley State University, a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Aquinas College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Siena Heights University.
