Andrew Schenk is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in architecture and real estate. As the Owner and Lead Designer at Andrew Schenk Designs since May 2015, Andrew specializes in residential new construction and renovation design, including construction document drafting and 3D renderings. In addition to this role, Andrew has been with Granite Ridge Builders, Inc. as a Rendering Specialist since June 2012 and serves as a Real Estate Broker in an unassigned capacity since June 2014. Andrew has also worked as a Catering Host at Goeglein's Catering since 2011 and served as a Student Ambassador at Ball State University from August 2009 to August 2010. Andrew holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Ball State University, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution, obtained in 2011, along with an Indiana Real Estate License from the Troyer School of Real Estate.
