Daniela Decker

Daniela Decker is an experienced professional in educational management and development, currently serving as an Expertin für Unterricht at Goethe-Institut e.V. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Daniela worked as a Training Coordinator for the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk in Northern Iraq from December 2017 to September 2020, and held various positions at Bonner Akademie GmbH, including Business Analyst for Processes and Learning Management Systems and Training Manager. Earlier experience includes a temporary role at the Council of Europe focused on redesigning training tenders and assessment of training measures, as well as serving as an Executive Assistant at United Food Technologies International where Daniela optimized processes and managed recruitment. Daniela's career began at Goethe-Institut Libanon, where as Project Consultant, significant contributions were made to the establishment and management of a language learning center. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Manchester and a Diplom in Applied Business Languages and International Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen.
