Elke Stjohn

Elke StJohn possesses extensive experience in language education and pedagogy, currently serving as an Associate Lecturer at The Open University since January 2004, focusing on German and English Business Communication and tutoring in the MA in Translation Studies. Additionally, Elke is a Teacher Trainer and German Online Tutor at Goethe Institut since January 2012, contributing to language learning resources. Past roles include Lecturer and Certified Examiner of German at The University of Manchester, recognized in 2009 with a Grundtvig Lifelong Learning Award, and Lecturer and Tutor at the University of Sheffield. Elke holds advanced degrees in education and translation from The University of Sheffield, The Open University, the University of Granada, and the University of Cologne.
