Mia Caroline Wyszynski

Mia Caroline Wyszynski is a seasoned professional in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, currently serving as the Global Lead for these initiatives at Goethe-Institut e.V. since April 2022. Wyszynski has a strong background in implementing diversity programs, having previously worked with the Aga Khan Development Network on the EU's Diversity Charter Initiative and provided strategic consultancy for FIFA’s Community Programme with a focus on gender equality and LGBTQI+ inclusion. Earlier roles include project management positions with various organizations, including ICSSPE, and leading an intercultural refugee project in Berlin. Wyszynski holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Bremen, complemented by an exchange semester at Coastal Carolina University.
