Erica Borthen

Erica Borthen began their work experience in 2010 as a Teacher at Hampton City Schools. In this role, they designed a virtual curriculum, provided training sessions for teachers, and taught a rigorous curriculum aligned with state standards. Erica worked at Hampton City Schools until June 2021. In 2021, they joined Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing as a Training Coordinator at Goettl Academy. Later in 2022, they transitioned to the role of Training Content Developer, where they developed online and face-to-face learning materials and certification assessments.

Erica Borthen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of South Florida. Erica attended the university from 2007 to 2010.
