John Landefeld

John Landefeld has extensive experience in financial leadership roles. John is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Prior to this, Landefeld served as the CFO for Arrow International, where they supported organic growth and completed multiple acquisitions. John also worked as the CFO for SCA Sweeping Corp of America, where they led a successful platform roll-up and executed a growth strategy through acquisitions. Landefeld held the role of CFO at The HC Companies, where they migrated the financial function to operate as a PE portfolio company and served as a strategic advisor to company leaders. John was also the Director of Finance & Information Technology at Myers Industries Lawn & Garden Group, responsible for divesting the division as a portfolio company. Earlier in their career, Landefeld worked as a Management Consultant at Mitchell Madison Group and held various roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Visteon Corporation. John began their career as a Consolidation Accountant at Compuware Corporation.

John Landefeld attended The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in German. John then pursued further education at Wayne State University from 2000 to 2002 and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Operations Management.

Additionally, John Landefeld completed the Goodyear Leadership Development Program at The Mahler Company in 2008. John also underwent Six Sigma Training at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 2004, obtaining certifications in both programs.
