Alison Arden Besunder

Alison Arden Besunder is an Equity Partner and Chair of the Trusts & Estates Planning and Fiduciary Litigation Group at Goetz Platzer LLP, where Alison has been since January 2020. With extensive experience in Trusts & Estate Planning, Guardianship, Estate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Elder Law, and Business Succession Planning, Alison focuses on providing practical legal advice by collaborating closely with clients to meet their objectives. Prior to their role at Goetz Platzer, Alison was the founding partner of Arden Besunder P.C. and served as CEO and Founder of IPSA LLC. Additionally, Alison held positions as Managing Partner of the New York City office at Burner, Smith & Associates, and as a Litigation Partner and Attorney at Arent Fox. Alison's legal career began in various capacities at Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP and Lipsitz Green Fahringer, as well as with the Grievance Committee. Educational achievements include a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University at Buffalo.
