Serge Prager

Serge Prager is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Goetzpartners since January 2016, Serge focuses on expanding the firm's franchise in France beyond M&A to include financial restructuring and strategic financial advisory services. Previously, Serge held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Derichebourg, contributing to the recycling and environmental services sector. Prior roles include Managing Director of M&A at Societe Generale, where Serge developed the Telecoms, Media & Technology franchise across Europe, and Co-head of Corporate Finance at LCF Rothschild. Additionally, Serge has experience leading the TMT practice at Calyon and has held various roles within the French Ministry of Industry and Telecommunications.
