Adrian Bermudez

Adrian Bermudez has over five years of work experience in the IT and customer service industries. In 2022, they began working as Manager, School Support for GoFan. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at PlayOn! Sports, first as a Senior Network Operations Engineer, where they managed a team of 20-25 Associate Engineers, developed a system to reduce an extensive hardware installation backlog, and served as the main POC for the Network Operations Calibration Department. Adrian also worked as an Associate Engineer, where they installed auto-production cameras and was responsible for their pre-calibration, calibration, and maintenance. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Atlanta Network Technologies as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician, where they set up workstations, tested networking and computer equipment, and provided IT support for end users. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Amazon as a Training Specialist and Supervisor, where they had supervisor-level experience in customer service and was a consistent top performer in the team of Resolution Specialists.

Adrian Bermudez attended Chattahoochee Technical College from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Programming. Adrian also received a Java SE Programmer certification from Chattahoochee Technical College in December 2021. Adrian is currently attending Kennesaw State University (CCSE) College of Computing and Software Engineering, where they are pursuing a degree in Computer Science.
