Brett Marbut has held a variety of roles in the sports and business industries. In 2011, they began their career as a Sales Associate at Finish Line, followed by a Game Day Operations Assistant at Georgia Force. In 2012, they worked as a Deposit Operations Assistant at First American Bank and Trust Company and an Operations/Delivery worker at Farmer's Pharmacy. In 2013, they were a Ticket Event Team member at the Atlanta Braves. Marbut then worked as an Intern at Huddle, Inc. in 2014, and as a Ticket Sales Trainee, Account Executive, and Sr. Account Executive at the Atlanta Braves from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Huddle, Inc. as a General Sales Manager for the Central Region. In 2020, they moved to GoFan, where they held the roles of Regional Sales Manager for the East Region and Director of Strategic Account Management. In 2022, they became a Member at Pavilion.

Brett Marbut obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management from The University of Georgia between 2010 and 2014. Brett also obtained a certification in Creating and Implementing a Sales Playbook that Sticks from Pavilion in January 2023.
