Brittany Cooper has a diverse work experience in the field of ticketing and customer success management. Brittany started their career in 2015 as a Box Office Sales Staff at IMG Tickets, where they processed ticket transactions and sold individual session tickets. In 2015, they also joined Georgia Swarm Pro Lacrosse as an Account Executive and later became the Manager of Season Ticket Services & Sales. In this role, Brittany trained and managed the ticket sales/operations department and oversaw all season ticket member accounts.

In 2018, Brittany joined GoFan as an Assistant Director of Partnership Solutions. Brittany maintained relationships with brand partners and successfully implemented Huddle Tickets & Marketing Activation programs. Brittany collaborated with senior leaders to create marketing collateral, client plans, and program timelines. During their time at GoFan, they also served as a Customer Success Manager and was responsible for managing post-sale activity for over 500 clients. Brittany earned the inaugural "Customer Success MVP" award for their exceptional work ethic and exceeding departmental goals. Brittany provided premium service and implemented strategic initiatives to achieve a 95% customer retention rate.

In 2023, Brittany assumed the role of Enablement Manager at GoFan, utilizing their experience to support the enablement of the team.
