Perci Carvalho

Perci Carvalho has been working in the Human Resources field since 2017. In 2020, they joined GoFasti as a Human Resources Specialist, where their role evolved to Chief Happiness Officer. As CHO, Perci is responsible for measuring happiness level across the workplace and initiating programs to value team members. Prior to GoFasti, Perci worked as a Professor Particular.

Perci Carvalho obtained a Bacharelado in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Estácio from 2009 to 2011. In 2020, they obtained a Bootcamp Agile Expert certification from IGTI, a Lifelong Learning certification from CertiProf, and a Kanban Foundation (KIKF) certification from CertiProf.
