Laurence Williams

Laurence Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and delivery management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Alncom since May 2023 and as Delivery Manager at GoFibre since February 2022, Laurence has previously held the position of Field Agent at Telent Technology Services Ltd from May 2019 to February 2022. Prior to this, Laurence worked as a Customer Service Engineer at Openreach from April 2013 to May 2019 and served in the British Army from March 1986 to April 2013, attaining a Senior Rank. This extensive experience reflects a strong foundation in both technical and customer service roles.
