Michael Winters

Michael Winters currently serves as the Head of Network Modelling and Planning Transformation at GoFibre, having joined the company in July 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was the Planning Manager at Telenova Ltd, where responsibilities included leading the internal team in planning FTTP networks and collaborating with partners for additional services. Michael's extensive experience at Openreach spanned nearly 18 years, during which roles included Senior Fibre Planning Manager, Operational Manager of Fibre Planning, and Ethernet Planning Team Leader, focusing on fibre infrastructure investment and team management. Michael holds a BTEC in Telecommunications and an NVQ Level 3 in Information Technology from Newcastle-under-Lyme College.
