Rachel Hancock

Rachel Hancock is an experienced sales and operations leader currently serving as Sales Director at GoFibre since August 2024. In addition to this role, Rachel has been an European and UK Judge for the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) since March 2020. Previous positions include Head of Retail at Boots Hearingcare for a brief period in early 2024 and Director of Stores at EE from February 2020 to April 2023. Rachel's extensive career at BT spanned from April 1998 to February 2020, where important roles included Head of Operations for Consumer Sales and Retention overseeing approximately 1000 FTE, Senior HR Manager in Shared Services, Senior Call Centre Manager for a team of 300 FTE, and various graduate-entry roles in customer service management. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution.
