Gabriel Almeida

Gabriel Almeida's work experience begins in 2010 as an English Second Language Teacher at CCAA. Gabriel then worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at UFRGS from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on load-balancing within Software-Defined Networking (SDN). In 2019, Gabriel worked as a Customer Service Clerk at Urban Fare before transitioning to a role as a Software Developer at Nelogica in 2020. At Nelogica, they were responsible for market data and worked on bug fixes, customer support, and developing new features. From 2021 to 2023, Gabriel was a Software Developer at SAP Concur, where they developed new services and implemented pipelines using SAP's Piper library. Currently, they are a Back-End Engineer at Firefly, starting in 2023.

Gabriel Almeida has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Gabriel pursued this degree from 2011 to 2016. Later, in 2018 to 2020, they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Canadian College. In terms of additional certifications, Gabriel has completed a course on Learning Kubernetes from LinkedIn in June 2022. Gabriel also obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in May 2019. Furthermore, they have pursued an Advanced English course at CCAA, specializing in English Language, from 1999 to 2009.
