Katrin Kircheis

Katrin Shaw is a co-founder of GoFish! Collective and has served as Team Relationship Facilitator at KiKa Services since August 2018, focusing on enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement. As a Fellow at the RSA and co-organiser for Reinventing Work, Katrin advocates for human-centred, purposeful, and self-organised work environments. Previous roles include leading the Greenwich Borough FSB group, co-leading initiatives at Engage for Success, and managing learning and development at Sedex, where Katrin significantly improved training engagement and effectiveness. With extensive experience in training and development, Katrin also holds a Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD and has a strong background in customer support and technical training across various sectors.
