Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Territory General Manager to lead and expand our presence in Florida. As a leader at the forefront of logistics technology and crowd-sourced delivery, you will play an essential role in driving our strategic goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Territory Growth and Strategy Development:

   • Develop and implement territory growth strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
   • Identify potential business opportunities, partners, and channels in the territory.

2. Operational Excellence:

   • Oversee and optimize daily operations ensuring efficient use of resources.
   • Implement best practices for logistics technology and crowd-sourced delivery, ensuring optimal service levels.

3. Team Leadership & Development:

   • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales, operations, and support professionals.
   • Identify training needs and provide guidance to enhance skillsets, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

4. Stakeholder Management:

   • Foster strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
   • Engage with local regulatory bodies and industry associations to ensure compliance and promote the company’s brand.

5. Financial Management:

   • Drive revenue growth and manage P&L for the territory.
   • Ensure budgeting and financial planning are in line with company objectives.

6. Technology Advocacy:

   • Stay updated on the latest trends in logistics technology and integrate best practices into operational processes.
   • Champion the adoption and integration of new tech tools and platforms.

7. Customer Experience:

   • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
   • Drive initiatives that improve the end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a leadership role within the logistics, technology, or crowd-sourced delivery sectors.
• Strong understanding of logistics technology platforms and tools.
• Proven track record of territory growth and management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Proficient in relevant management and logistics softwares.
