Luis Fernando Martinez has held various roles in the logistics and transportation industry since 2000. Luis Fernando began their career at 3M do Brasil Ltda as Manufacturing Coordinator. In 2005, they moved to Chevron as Distribution & Terminal Manager. From 2006 to 2010, they were Logistics / Port Operations / Foreign Trade / Planning - Manager at Votorantim Agribusiness. From 2010 to 2011, they were General Manager, Multimodal Operations at Log-In Logistica Intermodal. From 2011 to 2013, they were Logistics Director at Grupo TPC. From 2013 to 2015, they were Head of Inbound Transportation at Walmart. From 2015 to 2017, they were Executive Director, Transportation at FM Logistic. Most recently, they have been Director, Business Development at goFlux.

Luis Fernando Martinez has a diverse educational background. Luis Fernando obtained a Mechanical Technology degree from Sorocaba Technological College (FATEC) between 1994 and 1997. Luis Fernando then obtained an Industrial Engineering degree from CEUNSP between 2000 and 2003. In 2011 and 2012, they obtained a Master degree in Finance from BSP - Business School São Paulo. In 2017, they completed an Extension in Design Thinking from UFSCar - Alumni. In 2018, they completed Y Combinator from Startup School Online.
