Auli Packalén

Auli Packalén is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand development, marketing, and change capability management. Since September 2023, Auli serves as the Director of Brand and Offering and Chief Marketing Officer at Gofore, playing a vital role on the Executive Management Team. Previously, Auli spent over 12 years at CCEA Oy, where significant contributions included establishing a new business area in change capability development and leading key initiatives during Gofore's acquisition and integration. Auli's earlier roles include leadership positions at Aromtech Ltd and Compositor Oy, as well as a foundational career in communications with the International Orienteering Federation. Auli holds a Master's degree in Communications and Economics from Aalto University and has completed an executive leadership program at the Management Institute of Finland.
