Salla Niemelä

Salla Niemelä is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, and people development. Currently serving as Head of Growth & Renewal at Gofore since August 2021, Salla leads strategic projects with a business focus and oversees recruitment and employer branding. Previous roles include Head of Talent & EB and Head of People Development at Gofore, where Salla was instrumental in enhancing recruitment practices and developing leadership support systems. Prior to that, Salla held positions at Futureplay Games, Qvik, Swap.com, Sofigate, Amrop Finland, Konecranes, Mercuri Urval, and Roschier, gaining comprehensive expertise in various HR domains. Salla holds a Master's degree from the University of Vaasa.
