Michael Zammit has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael began their career at Bellcore/Telcordia Technologies as a Senior Consultant, specializing in optical fiber media and components. Michael later transitioned to Telcordia Technologies as a Director, where they were successful in selling large software systems solutions and professional services to telecommunications companies and equipment manufacturers. Zammit then joined Toll Brothers, Inc as the Vice President of the Advanced Broadband Division, where they developed and operated a private cable TV and broadband Internet company. Michael successfully sold the division assets to Comcast Corporation. Zammit's next role was at Ericsson as the Managing Director of Telcordia NIS, overseeing a team focused on the research, development, and analysis of telecommunication products and components. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and General Manager of the Connectivity Business Unit at Go!Foton Corporation, where they lead the design, development, and manufacture of optical fiber connectivity solutions.

Michael Zammit earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University in 1990. Michael then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1992.
