Jason Turpin

Jason Turpin is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the technology and communications sectors. Currently serving as VP of Product at Observe.AI since April 2019, Jason is focused on transforming contact centers to enhance agent performance. Previously, Jason held influential roles at VoiceBase, Inc. as Director of Product Management, empowering businesses with deep learning capabilities, and at Mobilize, where product leadership facilitated community engagement. Additional experience includes directing product management at Five9 and LiveOps, where Jason oversaw significant SaaS solutions for customer engagement. Early career roles at Genesys and AboveNet involved managing product lines and marketing strategies, complemented by foundational experiences at Oracle and SeaQuest. Jason holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
