Brianne Vertrees

Brianne Vertrees is a seasoned professional in community engagement and customer marketing, currently serving as the Director of Community & Engagement at GoFundMe since August 2023. In this role, Brianne leads strategies to foster meaningful relationships with customers and the social impact sector through live experiences and advocacy. Prior to GoFundMe, Brianne held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Community, where initiatives focused on building customer communities and celebrating success stories. Brianne's experience includes managerial roles at Classy and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where significant contributions were made to campaign performance and corporate partnerships. Additional expertise was gained as a Global Faculty member at SNP Communications, coaching executives from renowned companies, and as the owner of Merriment LLC, a marketing and retail business. Brianne has also managed events for prestigious clients through Impact! Events. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and international business courses at Lancaster University.
