Kayla Baumann

Kayla Baumann has extensive work experience in community and donor engagement, community development, and community support. Kayla is currently the Director of Community and Donor Engagement at Communities In Schools of North Texas. Prior to that, they served as a Community Development Manager at Meals on Wheels Denton County/SPAN Inc. Kayla also worked at Quincy Medical Group as a Community Support Specialist, where they represented the organization and coordinated events, managed funds, and built relationships with donors. Additionally, they worked as a Caseworker, assisting patients with various needs and advocating for health and social equality. Before that, they worked as a Child & Adolescent Case Manager at Transitions of Western Illinois, providing mental and behavioral health support to clients. Kayla also had roles as a Testing Services Assistant at Liberty University, a Sales Associate at Belk, and a Camp Counselor at Kanakuk. Kayla started their career as an Early Childhood Teacher at CAYWOOD'S YOUTH CENTER, INC. Overall, Kayla has a diverse background in community engagement and support.

Kayla Baumann obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
