Colette Troughton

Colette Troughton is a Customer Support Specialist at GoFundMe since September 2023, following a tenure as Customer Care Team Lead at Juno Diagnostics where responsibilities included enhancing user experience and supporting customers regarding fetal sex tests and NIPS products. Prior to that, Colette accumulated extensive experience in veterinary care, serving as a Veterinary Assistant at the San Diego Humane Society and Aliso Beach Animal Clinic, and as a Veterinary/Technician Assistant at Beverly Hills Small Animal Hospital. Colette also contributed to scientific research as a Research Assistant at the Grether Lab focusing on bird behavior, participated in marine biology research abroad at Moreton Bay Research Station, and worked in event services at Associated Students UCLA. Colette holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from UCLA, attended from 2014 to 2018, and completed high school at San Clemente High School from 2010 to 2014.
