Giana Rodriguez

Giana Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace and employee experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Workplace and Employee Experience at GoFundMe since March 2017, Giana oversees the global real estate portfolio and guides initiatives to foster a supportive and hybrid work environment. Previously, Giana held various roles at GoFundMe, including Sr. Manager and Workplace Experience Manager, where responsibilities included managing office spaces and enhancing employee programs. Giana's background also includes program development at San Diego State University and leading academic affairs at College Track, alongside experience in teaching English as a second language.
