Margaret G.

Margaret G. has a diverse work experience starting from 2006 to the present. Margaret began their career with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra as a Marketing Analyst Intern. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Groupon, starting as a Customer Support Representative and then transitioning to various roles within consumer fraud, eventually becoming the Consumer Fraud Lead. In 2015, Margaret joined Braintree as a Risk Analyst and later took on roles as a Policy Analyst, Policy Team Lead, and Risk Operations Policy Manager. In 2020, they moved to PayPal as a Seller Risk Internal Control Partner & First Line of Defense Oversight Manager. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Compliance Director, first at Highnote and currently at GoFundMe.

Margaret G. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from DePaul University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Business and Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association in 2017 and as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in 2016.
