Monique has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Public Policy and Investment and has built and led teams around the world for some of the most innovative global technology companies. Most recently, Monique served as Twitter’s Vice President of Global Public Policy and Philanthropy. Prior to Twitter, Monique worked as head of Public Policy for Waymo and Netflix. While leading Amazon’s international public policy work from 2013-2017, Monique helped to grow the company’s commercial footprint in over 50 countries. Monique spent her early career at Intel, Intel Capital and Cisco in Europe and Asia. Monique also served as Chair of the Operating Board of the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism, which brings together the technology industry, government, civil society, and academia to foster collaboration and information-sharing to counter terrorist and violent extremist activity online.
