Magdalena Zielińska

Magdalena Zielińska has a strong background in human resources and operational excellence. Magdalena currently holds the position of VP People and Operational Excellence at GOG since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the People and Processes Director at GOG from October 2022 to March 2023. From October 2020 to September 2022, Magdalena was the HR Director at GOG. Before joining GOG, they worked at 4finance as a Senior Business Partner- HR& processes from May 2018 to September 2020. Magdalena also gained experience as an Advisor to Board- HR Manager at Holiday Park Kownaty from June 2017 to May 2018. Magdalena's career started at the National Center for Research and Development, where they served as the HR Director from April 2011 to June 2017.

Magdalena Zielińska completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS in the years 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management & Marketing - HR from SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 1999 and 2004.
