Melanie Richards is the Founder and CEO of goGLOW, a leading service provider in the sunless industry since January 2010, with multiple salon locations across Minnesota. Previously, Melanie served as a Career Probation Officer at Hennepin County from April 2000 to April 2012, specializing in domestic violence cases and coordinating legal services for victims while supporting offender rehabilitation. Earlier experience includes working as a Correctional Deputy Probation Officer for the County of San Diego from July 1998 to January 2000, where responsibilities included maintaining care and custody of incarcerated individuals in a maximum security facility. Melanie holds a degree in Esthiology from the Aveda Institute Minneapolis and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, complemented by a minor in Psychology.
