Janessa Birch, CPIM, currently serves as an ERP Systems Analyst III at Gogo since May 2023. Prior to this role, Janessa accumulated nearly a decade of experience at Gogo Business Aviation, holding various positions including ERP Business Process and Support Specialist, Production Support Supervisor, Materials/Logistics Lead, Technical Support Coordinator in logistics, and Material Handler. Janessa's earlier experience includes working as a Planner and Material Specialist at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where responsibilities involved collaborating with design teams on material sourcing, preparing technical documentation for program managers, and supporting material planners in project coordination.
